How long does it take to get a response?
We always aim to answer all questions within 48 hours.
Order and payment
How can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that are more than 12 hours old, as they have most likely already been printed and are being prepared for dispatch. We process and pack the orders as quickly as possible. If the item(s) are not to your liking, you can always return them within 14 days.
Would I like to receive an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after placing your order. This email contains the order number, a summary of the order and the delivery address.
Have not received order confirmation
You will receive order confirmation by e-mail immediately after you have placed your order. If you have not received it, we recommend that you check your spam/junk mail. If it’s not there, you may have entered the wrong email address. Please send us an email and we will check this and send you another confirmation.
I have entered the wrong address information, can this be changed?
Yes, we recommend that you email our customer service department as soon as possible so they can update your address information. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the details of the order after the package has been sent. To be on the safe side, please contact our customer service team to discuss possible solutions.

The shipping cost is $6.99 for all orders under $129, but there is free shipping for all orders over $129.
How can I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking information. Here you can check the status of your order and get the tracking number for the package. You can easily track the package at posten.no using the tracking number.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
Have you not received your order? Sorry to hear that! After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the order number. On the same day, your order will be shipped and you will receive an email with tracking information to follow the package. My tracking indicates that my order has been returned. What should I do?

How do I find the right size?
We encourage you to take a look at the size guide available on the product page. You can find it by clicking on “size guide”.
The product or size I want is out of stock, what do I do now?
You are welcome to send us an e-mail with information about the product or the size you want. We will investigate whether we can get this for you, or whether we can put you on a priority list to notify you as soon as the item is available again.
Do you want to get a jersey that is not available on our website?
Yes, please email us with the details of the jersey you want and we will investigate the possibility of getting it for you.
Return and exchange
What are the conditions for returns?
14 days right of return
The customer can make use of the right of return within 14 days, during which the customer can return the package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within this 14-day period.
Return conditions
All items must be returned to us in an unused and unwashed condition that is suitable for resale, with the tags still attached to the item.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
How can I exchange or return my order?
The process for exchanging or returning an order is very simple. Please send an e-mail to 88888@88888.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating that you wish to exchange one or more products. Immediately afterwards, we will send you the return instructions.
How long does it take to exchange an item?
Once we receive your return shipment at our warehouse, we will process the return within 10 days. Usually, your exchange will be completed within just a few days. You will always receive a confirmation email with a tracking code when your new order has been processed.
If the selected exchange product is no longer available, what should I do?
Contact our customer service team to explore your options. We will update you on the expected delivery time for the product. If you have already created your return and the product is sold out, we will contact you to work together to find a solution.
Where can I find my order number so I can register my return?
You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you have not received this email correctly, our customer service will be happy to help you.
What should I do if a product is delivered incorrectly or damaged?
We apologize if your product has been damaged during shipping or production. We want to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. How long does it take to get a refund?
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. After we have received the return in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. On the tracking number provided with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. The 10 working days start from this time. After the repayment has been completed, you will receive a notification to this effect. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.

How should I wash my football kit?
When washing a football kit, we recommend that you wash it inside out at a maximum of 20 degrees. It is important to avoid drying the jersey in a tumble dryer, as well as to avoid the use of fabric softener/fabric softener, especially if the jersey has pressure. Note that football jersey are often made of delicate polyester materials, and it is important to avoid washing them together with products that can get stuck, for example products with zips or Velcro.
